This allows CUT SPEED, LASER POWER, OFFSET, and CUT STAGGERING to be added to a MACH3 TAP file that has been created using LazyCam from a PCB CAD DXF file.
This allows cheap Mylar solder paste stencils to be cut using a cheap Mach3 Co2 laser.
It is intended for use with WINDOWS XP, WINDOWS VISTA, WINDOWS 7.

Automatically converts a GERBER file of a PASTE layer into a DISPENSE file for use with MADELL DP2006 or PX3700 or PX/SX4700 family of machines with a PASTE DISPENSER.
Works with MOST Gerber files. It currently does NOT support Aperture Macros.
The majority of the boards I manufactured were DISPENSED until I switched to laser cutting my own paste stencils.
The major downside of DISPENSING is it takes more time than a stencil and is not as reliable.
I am currently using a modified cheap Chinese Laser Engarver / Cutter to produce paste stencils.
It is extremely EASY to use and offers a wide range of options.
There are a wide range of settings to allow you to adjust the DOT and LINE dispensing.
I use it personally and I can usually generate a DISPENSER file for each new job in around 30 seconds.
It provides the following important features.- Automatic VARIABLE DOT SIZE.
- Automatic LINE dispensing.
